60mls tequila
15mls lime juice, freshly squeezed
120mls pink Grapefruit soda, chilled, to top
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate
Slice ruby grapefruit

  • Tall Slim Jim glass

For the Cocktail:

  • 60ml tequila
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 120ml pink grapefruit soda, chilled
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate
  • Ice (for serving)

Garnish:

  • ½ slice ruby grapefruit
  • Fresh pomegranate

Method

To Prepare Rudolf's Paloma:

  1. Add tequila, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with chilled pink grapefruit soda.
  4. Stir briefly and gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with ½ slice of ruby grapefruit and a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate.
