Preparation & Usage
Pizza Base You Will Need: 200g Odlums "00" pizza & pasta flour 2g Fast acting yeast 4g Salt 120ml Water Makes one 12" pizza. Method: 1. In a large bowl add the flour, yeast, salt and water and mix to form a dough. 2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 12 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic. 3. Return to the bowl and cover loosely with a tea towel. Leave in a warm enough place to prove until doubled in size. This should take about 90 minutes to 2 hours. 4. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. 5. When dough is ready, dust a board with flour and roll out to a round. 6. Place pizza on a baking tray, spread on some tomato sauce and add your choice of toppings. 7. Bake for approx. 12 minutes. 8. Slice & enjoy! Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.
Storage Guidelines
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. For best before, see top of pack.
