Prep Time5 Minutes
Servings1
0Ingredients
50g Porridge Oats
150ml Milk
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Chia Seeds or Mixed Flaxseed
1 Banana
Small Handful Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Pinch Cinnamon
Directions
Ingredients
- 50 g porridge oats
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or milled flaxseed
- 1 banana
- A small handful of chopped walnuts or pecans, to serve (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Mash half of the banana into a small bowl or jar. Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon, and stir everything together until well combined.
- Slice the other half of the banana and arrange the slices on top.
- Cover with a lid or cling film and leave in the fridge overnight — at least 4 hours, ideally 8 to 12.
- In the morning, give it a stir. Add a splash more milk if it's too thick for your liking. Top with chopped nuts if using. Eat cold straight from the fridge, or warm in the microwave for 60 seconds if you prefer it warm.
