Ingredients
50ml Gin
50ml Dry Apple Cider
30ml Freshly Squeezed lemon juice
10ml Maple syrup
Topped with Ginger beer
Apple slices (to garnish)
Ground cinnamon (to garnish)
Directions

1. Pour the Gin, lemon juice, cider and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add a good handful of ice, seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

2. Once the outside of the shaker is really cold, double strain into a rocks or highball glass over ice.

3. Top up the rest of the glass with ginger beer.

4. Garnish with thinly sliced pieces of apple and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.
