140 g Frozen Mango Chunks
4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (unsweetened)
1 handfull Kiwi fruit (sliced)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 handfull Mango (fresh and cubed)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 pinch SuperValu Milled Flax Seed
2 Bananas
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender.
- Start at a low speed. As the frozen mango breaks down, turn up the speed and blend to a creamy texture.
- Spoon into your favourite bowl and decorate with toppings.
