1 slice Grapefruit
35 ml Gunpowder Irish Gin
1 handful Ice Cubes to serve
100 ml Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda
Juice of half a lime

- 1 slice Grapefruit
- 50 ml Dingle Irish Gin
- 1 handful Ice Cubes to serve
- 150 ml Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Juice of half a lime
Method
- Fill a balloon glass with ice and pour in the gin.
- Top up with the soda.
- Juice of half a lime
- Place the grapefruit slice into the glass
- Stir with a spoon before serving.
