Spicy Margarita

50ml Tequila Blanco
25ml Fresh Lime Juice and 1 wedge
25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueur
10 to 15ml Agave Syrup
2 to 3 Fresh Jalapenos
Tajin or Chilli Salt

- 3 Cubes of Ice
- 50ml Tequila Blanco
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueur
- 10ml to 15ml Agave Syrup
- 2 to 3 Fresh Jalapeños, Sliced
- 1 Wedge of Lime, to Garnish
- Tajin or Chilli Salt (3 teaspoons of Maldon Salt with ½ teaspoon of Chilli Powder)
Method
- Rim the glass with a wedge of lime and dip into Chilli Salt or Tajin.
- Squash the jalapeños in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with an extra slice of jalapeño and a wedge of lime.
