18 Signature Taste Wild Atlantic prawns
2 Cloves Signature Taste rose garlic chopped
1 Red chilli chopped
10 Signature Tastes piccolo cherry vine tomatoes - Chopped
50mls Signature Tastes Sicilian extra virgin olive oil
1 Signature Tastes seedless lemon gold lemons
Chopped coriander

Ingredients
- 18 Atlantic prawns
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Chopped coriander
- 1 baguette, cut into slices at an angle (1 cm thick) to make crostini
Method
- Put a pan on a medium heat, add the olive oil, and then add the garlic and chili. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
- Finish with chopped coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
- Place the baquette slices on a tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season to taste.
- Bake in a 170-degree oven until crisp and golden brown (6-8 minutes).
