60ml Paddy Irish whiskey
30ml lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup (see method to make your own)
1 Egg white
Nutmeg, grated, to serve

  • 60ml Paddy Irish whiskey
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Nutmeg, grated, to serve
  • Cinnamon stick, to serve

Method

  1. For the simple syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add a handful of ice and shake for a few minutes.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with some grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
