Ingredients
1 tsp Black Pepper
400 g Dried Figs
1 tsp SuperValu Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
2 cloves SuperValu Garlic crushed
2 - SuperValu Onion diced
1 zest SuperValu Orange
1 tbsp SuperValu Parsley Chopped
1 tsp SuperValu Salt
450 g SuperValu Sausagemeat
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together the sausagemeat, figs and chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
- Add the finely diced onions, garlic, orange zest and thyme. Using your hands, combine all the ingredients together.
- Place the stuffing in the cavity of the turkey and cook as per instructions. Alternatively, place in a baking tin, cover with foil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Serve immediately.
