Our smoked salmon comes from Ireland's oldest seafood company - Dunn's of Dublin. A family business established in 1822, currently run by the Ecock family. Dunn's use only the finest ingredients to produce our Signature Tastes smoked salmon. For a distinctly delicate flavour, the salmon are hand-salted and naturally smoked over applewood chips for a minimum of 10 hours before each side is expertly trimmed, sliced and packed.Product Detail

Preparation & Usage
Preparation Guidelines For best results, open the pack and separate the slices 10 minutes prior to eating to allow the salmon to reach room temperature. This will help restore the smoked salmon to its full flavour.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated between 0 - 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
