How? Place a cup on a digital scale, reset the scale to zero and insert a capsule into the machine. Press and hold the short or the medium button. Release once the shot weighs 40ml. This overrides the machine settings so this button will now serve 40ml shots every time you use it. You can recalibrate it to another recipe at any time.
