Preparation & Usage

How it's Used: In place of bread or with filings. Preheat the oven to 220 °C, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and bake on the bottom rack for about 4-7 minutes depending on whether you prefer it soft or crispy. It is also good fresh from the oven and stuffed with slices of cheese of very thinly sliced deli meats. Eat hot.
