Preparation & Usage

All you need is:130ml water + 15ml (1 tbsp) + 1 medium vegetable oil egg Prep time: 5 mins Baking time: 17-21 mins Baking: 1 regular size muffin tin Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/gas mark 6. Place the included 6 muffin cases in the muffin tin. 3 Simple steps! 1. Mix water, oil, egg and muffin mix together by hand (batter may be lumpy). Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cases. 3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 17-21 minutes, until the sponge is springy to touch and/or a round knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely, and remove from tin.
