Preparation & Usage
Cooking Instructions: Pour 2.5 oz. of couscous per person in a large low casserole. Add 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix gently with a wooden fork keeping the grains separated. Add 3.4 Fl. oz. of boiling salted water per person, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Separate the grains stirring with a wooden fork. Add a knob of butter and stir again over very low heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve with dressings of your choice.
