I am having trouble registering/logging in, what's wrong and who can help me? Firstly please ensure you are using your correct and most recent login details. If you registered with us over 18 months ago, and haven't used your account since, then you may need to re-register. If you are trying to register but you are getting an EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY BEING USED message, this means SuperValu has your email address already. I added an item to my trolley but it is not in my trolley now, what should I do? This likely occurred because you weren't logged in or didn't have a store or a slot selected. Please ensure you are logged in and have a store and a slot selected before you add any items to your trolley.
I've tried to apply my vouchers/coupons but the discount doesn't work. What should I do? There could be a number of reasons why you may be having issues.
  1. Firstly, check that you have applied the correct voucher/coupon code.
  2. Check that your voucher/coupon is valid for the day you receive your order.
  3. Check that you have met the minimum spend for the voucher (or do not have other vouchers applied) taking note that vouchers cannot be redeemed against Alcohol, Tobacco, Medicines & Baby Formula.

I haven't received my Order Confirmation email. What should I do? If you don’t receive your Order Confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, check your Spam folder to ensure it has not been diverted there.
