Finish: Long with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the wood. Single Grain Teeling Single Grain is one of only a handful of such expressions in the world. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation produces an exceptionally clean, smooth and sweet Irish whiskey. To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. Small Batch Teeling Small Batch consists of hand selected casks of Grain and Malt whiskey which are initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, blended and then allow to marry in ex-rum barrels for over six months imparting extra character and a smooth flavour unique to Irish whiskey. By bottling at 46% with no chill filtration this completes an Irish whiskey of true character. Single Malt Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. This combination of unique cask maturation techniques has never been done before in Irish whiskey and creates a truly innovative Irish whiskey bursting with personality.

Triple distilled, matured and bottled by West Cork Distillers, this is 5-year-old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, aged in 1st fill Bourbon Casks with no colour added and is non chill filtered. On the nose there are notes of hay and fresh cut grass with a caramel and pear sweetness with undertones of prune dried fruits, while on the palate there are layers of barley and malt, vanilla and black pepper with a candy floss finish.

West Cork Dha Chasca (Two Casks) is a limited release of single malt Irish whiskey matured in Bodega Sherry casks & finished in double charred first fill Bourbon casks West Cork Dhá Chasca (Two Casks) is a unique and challenging single malt Irish whiskey, Pot distilled single malt new make whiskey is placed in Bodega Sherry casks and allowed to patiently mature for the requisite period of time. The single malt whiskey is then cut to 40% abv with naturally soft water and placed in double charred first fill Bourbon casks. The double charring process allows West Cork Distillers to produce a unique whiskey with accentuated vanilla, sweet caramel and honey attributes. These unique attributes from resting in double charred casks delicately complement the initial maturation in Bodega Sherry casks such as dried berries, green fruit and rich tannins.
