After endless exploration and small batch distillations in the micro distillery, Midleton, 16 eclectic botanicals, including black lemon & Irish gorse flower, came together to form a gin filled with clean character and a hint of chaos. This quintessential Irish whiskey is distilled with unmalted barley grown on our family farm and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Matured at our Atlantic Ocean warehouse in ex-Bourbon, Oloroso and Amontillado Sherry casks, capturing the essence of our coastal heritage.
