How to use:
A Mooncup is folded and inserted into the vagina like a tampon, but sits lower for easier removal. Once in place, it opens to form a seal and collect menstrual blood. Empty, rinse, and reinsert every 4-8 hours depending on your flow, and clean thoroughly between periods. It can take a couple of cycles to feel confident, so practising outside your period may help.
