Ingredients
200g porridge oats
60g toasted cashews, chopped
2 teaspoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons Ballymaloe Apple & Blackberry Yoghurt
100ml milk (coconut or your preference)
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 banana, sliced
Splash of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ingredients

  • 200g porridge oats
  • 60g toasted cashews, chopped
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Ballymaloe Apple & Blackberry Yoghurt
  • 100ml milk (coconut or your preference)
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Splash of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, cashews, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in yoghurt, milk, and sweetener (if using). Let sit for 15 minutes, or ideally, chill in the fridge overnight.
  3. Just before serving, mix in orange segments and banana slices.
  4. Serve, topping with extra banana if desired. Enjoy!
