This quintessential Irish whiskey is distilled with unmalted barley grown on our family farm and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Matured at our Atlantic Ocean warehouse in ex-Bourbon, Oloroso and Amontillado Sherry casks, capturing the essence of our coastal heritage. Nose: Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi. Taste: Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange. Cleansed with charcoal, the resulting spirit is gently filtered before being numbered by batch.
