Preparation & Usage
Instructions 1. Defrost overnight in your fridge or thaw at room temperature for about 90 minutes Do not allow the pastry to become too warm or it will be difficult to work with 2. Lightly flour the work surface and pastry before rolling out to your required thickness. As a guide, a thickness of approx. 3mm is ideal for most uses 3. Allow to stand for a few minutes to reduce shrinkage 4. The two blocks of pastry can be used separately or rolled together to make one large shell 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan oven), Gas 7, or at the temperature in your recipe Serves One 400g pack will make a 23 cm tart such as an Apple Tart or 8 individual tartlets
Storage Guidelines
Important: Once defrosted use within 24 hours Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted
