- Signature Tastes Honey and Mustard Sausages
- Signature Tastes Maple Streaky Rashers
- Signature Tastes Irish Pork and Caramelised Red Onion Sausage Rolls
- Signature Tastes Irish Pork, Black Pudding and Chilli Sausage Rolls
- Signature Tastes Fire Roasted Pepper Relish

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, gas 6.
- Cut the sausages into three pieces, wrap them in a little streaky bacon, and secure with a cocktail stick. Place the bacon wrapped sausages on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Warm the sausage rolls in the oven for 3-4 minutes and spoon the fire-roasted pepper relish into a small dish.
- Cut the salmon into strips, twist and fold onto bite-sized buttered brown bread.
- Serve with a sliver of lemon on top and a crack of black pepper.
- Assemble the sausage rolls, bacon-wrapped sausages, smoked salmon pieces, and red pepper relish onto a large serving board and enjoy.
