Preparation & Usage
You Will Need: 400g Odlums Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix 50g butter / 1 egg / baking tray, lined with baking paper Method: 1. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/400F/Gas Mark 6. 2. Melt butter in a bowl over hot water. Remove from heat and add dry mix and egg. Mix with a spoon to form a dough. 3. Dust surface with flour and mould dough into sausage shape, approx. 30cm/8" long. 4. Cut the dough into 16 slices for small cookies/5 slices for large cookies. Roll each slice into a ball and place on baking tray. Ensure there is space between each cookie. 5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Allow to set for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire tray to cool. Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturers guidelines.
Storage Guidelines
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
