Winemaking The grapes were harvested in three tiers, each at different sugar levels to add complexity to the final blend. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact. Cold- stabilized, fined and filtered prior to bottling. Tasting Notes Bursting with exotic aromas of white peach, passion fruit, yellow citrus, orange blossoms and green pepper. The palate shows lovely fruit concentration, with a delicate texture and a lifting acidity. Pure, focused, elegant and fresh, with lingering notes of guava and citrus fruits on the lengthy, dry finish.

Pablo Old Vine Garnacha (75 cl), €9.99

Sometimes you come across something special that leaves an impact. The gnarly old bush vines that bear the precious fruit that go to make this delicious wine were planted up to 100 years ago in the mountain vineyards of Atea. Struggling to survive in dusty, dry slate soils at an altitude of 1000 metres they have the ability to produce this amazing wine: deep blue-purple colour. Lifted perfumed aromas of flowers and fresh blueberry. Lush blackberry and cherry flavours cram the mid palate with an underlying spicy pepperiness. Weighty without being overbearing it delivers a punch of juiciness that will leave your palate stunned!

Sourced from the country's sunny rare vineyards, this malbec is harvested in September, as soon as the summer is over, to preserve all the fruity aromas and offer a wonderful bouquet of violet and spices in a velvety and full-bodied wine.

Kaara Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €7.00

A beautiful cabernet sauvignon in the classic style. The nose has fruit aromas with some notes of cassis and spices. On the palate, firm ripe tannins give structure and power to a full weight of blackcurrant fruit laced with liquorice and mint. Drink at room temperature, ideal with powerful roasts, casseroles and strong cheeses.

Pagos De Labarca Rioja (75 cl), €25.00

When you have some outstanding vineyards, an inherited knowledge from your ancestors and some exceptional Tempranillo grapes, you have no choice but to create AEX. Modern and elegant Rioja wine. Clean in nose, dominated by concentrated fruit well integrated. Once in mouth it is warm and rounded with an intense cherry colour. Nice expression and great persistence that reminds you a lively wine.

Aresti Estate Selection Chardonnay (75 cl), €10.99

A Chardonnay straw in colour with green lights; it features aromas of sweet fruits such as pears, melon and cucumber, that after a while are also felt in mouth. It's a medium-bodied wine with a wonderfully long finish. Best served as an aperitif or with salad, pasta, seafood or chicken dishes. Ideal temperature: 9 - 13°C

Cotes Du Rhone Andre Goichot (75 cl), €11.99

Location and terroir Over 200 km, between Vienne and Avignon, the Rhone Valley has the largest regional appellation after Bordeaux, it is also one of the oldest controlled designations of origin. It extends over 163 municipalities divided between six departments (Rhône, Loire, Drôme, Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse). Our Côtes du Rhône is made with Young vines (less than 20 years old) located in the Vacqueyras appellation area from Stony soil composed of blue marls. Vinification/Aging The grapes are destemmed and vinified in stainless-steel vats for about 10 month revealing all the freshness and subtlety of his aromas. Grapes are: 55% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 35% Syrah. Tasting The robe is clear, ruby, and bright with darker colour reflect due to the Syrah. On the nose reminiscent of small red fruits, with animal or spicy notes or aromas of ripe fruit. It has well-structured but supple tannins. One of our favourite wines at the House of Goichot. Soft, easy drinking red in the classic style wich to us is red and blackberry fruit with a dusting of spice and chocolate notes. Perfect to drink on its own due to the soft warm style but a lovely match for anything from home made burgers to cold meat platters and classic roasts.

Flor de Anon Organic Garnacha (75 cl), €13.00

Red cherry colour and violet tone. Intense fruity aromas of raspberry and blackberry. Balanced acidity and pleasant and persistent in the mouth. It is recommended to consume between 14-16°C.

Finca Labarca Crianza (75 cl), €13.00

This wine has a deep black-cherry colour and an intense bouquet with scents of vanilla, fresh toast and coffee, entwined with notes of red berry fruit and dry plums. On the palate it is silky smooth, structured and complex with well-integrated oak, and a remarkable finish. Variety: 100% Tempranillo / Consumption: Consume between 16 and 18°C. This wine is a natural product and is made with minimal human intervention - it may therefore contain a slight deposit

Finca Labarca Reserva (75 cl), €12.00

This is a modern-style Reserva Rioja with intense fruity notes accompanying softer spice notes. The wine is very complex with hints of black-cherry liqueur, well-integrated toast and leather notes from the American and French oak barrels, soft tannins and excellent length. Variety: 100% Tempranillo This wine is a natural product and is made with minimal human intervention - it may therefore contain a slight deposit.

Alterra Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €7.99
