Aresti Mystique Mystery One Reserva Red Blend (75 cl), €10.00
Vinification The grapes in this Red Blend were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature conditions between 25 and 27°C to preserve the freshness, smoothness and intensity of aromas. Following fermentation, 50% of the blend was aged in third fill or older French and American oak barrels for six months and the remainder was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruity aromas.

Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Full-bodied with firm tannins, it boasts a long, persistent finish with echoes of chocolate and coffee.

Aresti Trisquel Gran Reserva Assemblage 4 Pack (75 cl), €35.00
Origin: Cabernet sauvignon, Syrah and petit Verdot make up this assemblage from the Curicó valley. Through the different vine stocks we were able to obtain complimentary characteristics to achieve a mature and concentrated wine of solid character. Winemaking: The whole harvest is handpicked between March and April of each year, once each variety ripens under the optimum conditions. Grapes are first brought to fermentation tanks and then to American and French oak barrels to attain maturity and complexity. The aging period that lasts between 8 and 12 months, depending on the variety, and followed by the blending process. Tasting Notes: This wine presents an intense, dark ruby red color. On the nose, it is complex showing fruity notes to plums and blackberries with flowery aromas combine with mocha and coffee hints from the barrel aging. Sweet and juicy in the mouth, it has nice structure and soft, ripe tannins.
Aresti Trisquel Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 4 Pack (75 cl), €35.00
Origin: This Sauvignon Blanc was hand harvested during March, after a long ripening season in the Leyda Valley, just 8 kms from the Pacific Ocean. The sea's influence and the vineyard's location on the edge of the Maipo river allows for such a slow ripening process with natural breezes and low temperatures originating in the west. Winemaking: 100% hand harvested grapes that are later transported to the cellar to go through a whole cluster press. Fermentation takes place with selected yeast at low temperatures (11-13 °C) in order to preserve the grapes' freshness. No oak is used in any part of the winemaking process. Tasting Notes: This wine stands out for its intense aromas of asparagus and peas offset by herbal undertones. In the mouth, it is crisp and fresh, with a strong acidity and long finish, resulting in a perfectly balanced wine.
