The active substances are: Zinc Oxide 15.29%, Benzyl Alcohol 0.39%, Benzyl Benzoate 1.02%, Benzyl Cinnamate 10.15%, Lanolin (Hypo-Allergenic) 4.02%(w/w), Also contains: Purified Water, Liquid Paraffin, Paraffin Wax, Beeswax (E901), Microcrystalline Wax (E905), Sodium Benzoate (E211), Linalyl Acetate, Propylene Glycol (E1520), Citric Acid, Butylated Hydroxyanisole (E320), Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Lavender FragranceSafety Warning
The following excipient butylated hydroxyanisole may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis), or irritation to the eyes and mucous membranes. Sodium benzoate may cause local irritation and may increase jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes) in newborn babies (up to 4 weeks old). Contains propylene glycol (E1520), Propylene glycol may cause skin irritation. Do not use this medicine in newborn babies (up to 4 weeks old). Contains propylene glycol (E1520). Propylene glycol may cause skin irritation. Do not use this medicine in babies less than 4 weeks old with open wounds or large areas of broken or damaged skin (such as bums) without talking to your doctor or pharmacist. Topical use only. Apply a thin layer as required with suitable covering as necessary. Read the label carefully before use. Keep out of the eyes, nose and mouth. Occasionally, localised irritation may occur. If symptoms persist or if accidentally swallowed seek medical help. If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. You can also report side effects directly via HPRA Pharmacovigilance, Website: www.hpra.ie. By reporting side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine. Do not use if N hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the container label after Exp. This medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions. Do not smoke or go near naked EXP flames - risk of severe burns. Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) that has been in contact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it. Keep out of the sight and reach of children FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
