Andre Goichot Saint Bris Maison (75 cl), €18.00

In northern Burgundy, near Auxerre, there is a vineyard of around 100 ha planted with Sauvignon grapes. Saint-Bris is the only appellation in Burgundy with this grape variety, which produces an aromatic wine with notes of grapefruit and citrus, and flinty notes on the palate. A perfect match for fish and shellfish, as well as fresh cheeses.

100% Chardonnay. Un-oaked. The famous slopes of Burgundy produce some of the world's best Chardonnays. Since 1797 Louis Latour has a great tradition of harvesting and vinifying superb white burgundies. This wine from the South of Burgundy is a floral wine with great richness. It shows lovely, nutty and typical apple flavour. It's enjoyable with seafood, Charcuterie, white meats and cheeses.
