Our philosophy is to craft wines that are both ageworthy and fresh. To this end we take great pains to harvest grapes at optimum ripeness, and use minimal interference in the winery, thus allowing the quality of the fruit to speak for itself. The wine is a blend of 40% Carignan which lends both crispness and freshness to the wine, 30% Syrah for structure and body, and finally 30% Grenache for its intense blackberry aromas. The palate displays deep fruit flavours with perfectly balanced acidity and soft tannins, and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to eight years.
