Preparation & Usage
Instructions 1. Defrost overnight in your fridge or thaw at room temperature for about 90 minutes Do not allow the pastry to become too warm or it will be difficult to work with 2. Remove all packaging and knead pastry on a surface dusted with gluten free flour until it is soft and pliable. Kneading helps prevent surface cracking and gives a better result. As a guide a thickness of approx. 3mm is ideal for more uses 3. Roll out between two sheets of baking parchment or cling film and use as required 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220C (200C fan oven) Gas 7, or at the temperature in your recipe Serves One 400g pack will make a 23cm / 9 inch tart such as an Apple Tart or 8 individual tartlets
Storage Guidelines
Keep frozen at -18C. Once defrosted use within 24 hours Do not refreeze once defrosted
