Sowan's Almonds Flour is made from an extra fine mill that ensures easy mixability and maximum satisfaction for all your home baking endeavours. Wholesome Simplicity Our flour has one ingredient - almonds - meaning it is packed with fibre and nutrients. It also is a great low-carb baking ingredient with less than 2g per every 25g serving. Almond flour can serve as an excellent addition to recipes by replacing white flour in part or entirely with it. When substituting other flours with this, we recommend using the same amount of Almond Flour but slightly less liquid.
