Our Dried Grape Shiraz is sourced from premium premium vineyards in the Riverina and McLaren Vale. Once harvested, a parcel of this Shiraz was dried on specialized racks to create flavour intensity and concentration. After fermentation, the wine matured in American and French oak for 18 months, resulting in a hand-crafted wine of quality.
