Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

Sartori di Verona Valpolicella Ripasso (75 cl), €10.00

Produced following the "ripasso" vinification process, the wine is left on pomace, imparting its spicy aroma and full body.

Deep purple red, ripe fruits and luscious nose, full body, highly alcoholic yet so round to remind a certain natural sweetness. Amarone matches perfectly grilled red meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.
