Dairymaid Buttery is the only spread that combines the natural goodness and flavour of Irish butter and cream.
James Daly first started trading butter at Cork's famous Butter Market in 1871 where butter was brought by horse and cart from farms all over Ireland.
In 1905 James Daly and Sons first began producing Dairy Spreads using the finest natural ingredients. Located in Cork and still family owned, the proud tradition continues to this day.
