Keep refrigerated at 0-5ºC. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened. keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
