Details

Coconut Flour is growing in popularity as a gluten and wheat free, high fibrous alternative to grain flour. How is it made? After the coconut water has been extracted from the white kernel of the coconut, the remaining kernel is dried and ground into a soft flour. It is essentially a powdered form of dried coconut. Coconut flour is delicious in pancakes, biscuits and cakes. Try our suggested recipe!
