- Soda Water
- 1 Wedge Grapefruit

Method
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add Absolut, ruby grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a salt rim.
