Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Remove the haddock fillets from the packaging and place them on a baking tray. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 18-22 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Spread a single layer of frozen chips on another baking tray and place in the same oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.
  4. Empty the mushy peas into a saucepan and heat gently on the hob for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  5. Plate the haddock fillets with the crispy chips and a generous serving of mushy peas. Serve immediately and enjoy!
