200g Marshmallows
150g Rice Cereal
300g Mini Eggs

  • 60g butter
  • 200g marshmallows
  • 150g rice cereal
  • 300g mini eggs

Method

  1. Lightly grease a 12-hole bun tin and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the marshmallows. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Add the rice cereal gradually, folding gently until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  4. Spoon generous portions of the mixture into the muffin tin.
  5. Add mini eggs on top of each nest, pressing them in slightly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
