Mixed Berry Smoothie

One of those recipes everyone should have in their back pocket. Carb, protein and fruit in a single glass, made in the time it takes to butter toast. Handy for breakfasts on the run or after-school snacks before training!

1 tbsp Honey
60g Porridge Oats
1 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
Directions

  • 60 g porridge oats
  • 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
