- SuperValu Stonebaked Thin & Crispy Pizza Base (medium size, frozen or chilled)
- SuperValu Chopped Tomatoes – about 3-4 tablespoons (drained slightly)
- SuperValu Mozzarella Ball – half of the ball, torn into small pieces
- SuperValu Spanish Mild Chorizo Slices – about 4-6 slices
- SuperValu Parma Ham – 2-3 slices, torn into smaller pieces
- Optional: Fresh basil leaves or a drizzle of olive oil
Method:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 190°C/375°F/Fan Oven 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
- Prepare the Pizza:
- Remove all packaging from the pizza base.
- Spread the chopped tomatoes evenly across the base, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
- Tear the mozzarella into small chunks and distribute evenly over the tomato layer.
- Arrange the chorizo slices across the pizza.
- Add the Parma Ham by tearing it into smaller pieces and scattering it over the chorizo and cheese.
- Cook the Pizza:
- From Frozen: Place the pizza on the center rack of the oven and bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
- From Chilled: Place the pizza on the center rack of the oven and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
- Check for Doneness: Ensure the cheese is melted and bubbly, the crust is golden and crispy, and all toppings are piping hot and fully cooked.
