Ingredients
1 pinch SuperValu Chia Seeds
140 g Frozen Mango Chunks
4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (unsweetened)
1 handful Kiwi fruit (sliced)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 handful Mango (fresh and cubed)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 pinch SuperValu Milled Flax Seed
2 Bananas
Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch SuperValu Chia Seeds
  • 140 g Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 handful Kiwi fruit (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 handful Mango (fresh and cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch SuperValu Milled Flax Seed
  • 2 Bananas

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Start at a low speed. As the frozen mango breaks down, turn up the speed and blend to a creamy texture.
  3. Spoon into your favourite bowl and decorate with toppings.
