Ingredients
1 x pack of BFree High protein Wraps
2 x cooked chicken breasts
¼ red cabbage - shredded
1 large carrot - very thinly sliced
¼ cucumber deseeded - thinly sliced
½ sweet pepper colour of choice - thinly sliced
1 mango peeled - and thinly sliced
Small bunch coriander
Sesame seeds
Sriracha mayo
Sweet chilli sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack BFree High Protein Wraps
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • ¼ red cabbage – shredded
  • 1 large carrot – very thinly sliced
  • ¼ cucumber – deseeded and thinly sliced
  • ½ sweet pepper (any colour) – thinly sliced
  • 1 mango – peeled and thinly sliced
  • Small bunch coriander
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. Cook the chicken breasts as per pack instructions until golden and delicious.
  2. Shred the red cabbage into vibrant purple ribbons.
  3. Tear the cooked chicken into strips and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Thinly slice the carrot, cucumber (deseeded), sweet pepper, and mango.
  5. Lay all ingredients out on a platter for easy wrap assembly.
  6. Heat the BFree wraps as per pack instructions.
  7. Fill your wrap with your favourite combo, drizzle with sriracha mayo or sweet chilli sauce, and roll it up.
