1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes manchego cheese 150g, cut into cubes
1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes riojan chorizo 200g, sliced
2 SuperValu Signature Tastes sweet pointed ramiro peppers sliced

Method
- Soak a packet of mini wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Cut the chorizo, cheese and peppers into 3cm cubes. Thread a cube of chorizo, cheese and pepper onto each mini wooden skewer. Place on a baking sheet in small batches and grill for 3 minutes on both sides. Serve warm or at room temperature.
