Sarah's Frankenstein Rice Krunchies

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Green Food Colouring
100g Marshmallows
140g Rice Krunchies
1 measure Black Food Colouring gel
1 handfull Chocolate & Mixed Sprinkles
20 Edible Eyes or Chocolate Chips
100g Milk Chocolate melted
20 Mini Rolos
1 bag Pretzel Sticks or Similar

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Green Food Colouring
- 100g Marshmallows
- 140g Rice Krunchies
To Decorate
- 1 measure Black Food Colouring Gel
- 1 handful Chocolate & Mixed Sprinkles
- 20 Edible Eyes
- 100g Milk Chocolate (melted)
- 20 Mini Rolos
- 1 bag Pretzel Sticks
Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the green food colouring and stir to combine.
- Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krunchies, stirring until evenly coated.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into small round monsters.
- Dip the tops in melted milk chocolate and decorate with Mini Rolos, edible eyes, pretzel sticks, and sprinkles.
- Use black food colouring gel to add extra facial details if desired.
- Leave to set before serving.
