Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Green Food Colouring
100g Marshmallows
140g Rice Krunchies
1 measure Black Food Colouring gel
1 handfull Chocolate & Mixed Sprinkles
20 Edible Eyes or Chocolate Chips
100g Milk Chocolate melted
20 Mini Rolos
1 bag Pretzel Sticks or Similar
Directions

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Green Food Colouring
  • 100g Marshmallows
  • 140g Rice Krunchies

To Decorate

  • 1 measure Black Food Colouring Gel
  • 1 handful Chocolate & Mixed Sprinkles
  • 20 Edible Eyes
  • 100g Milk Chocolate (melted)
  • 20 Mini Rolos
  • 1 bag Pretzel Sticks

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the green food colouring and stir to combine.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from the heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krunchies, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into small round monsters.
  6. Dip the tops in melted milk chocolate and decorate with Mini Rolos, edible eyes, pretzel sticks, and sprinkles.
  7. Use black food colouring gel to add extra facial details if desired.
  8. Leave to set before serving.
