15mls lime juice, freshly squeezed
120mls pink Grapefruit soda, chilled, to top
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate

For the Cocktail:
- 60ml tequila
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 120ml pink grapefruit soda, chilled
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate
- Ice (for serving)
Garnish:
- ½ slice ruby grapefruit
- Fresh pomegranate
Method
To Prepare Rudolf's Paloma:
- Add tequila, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with chilled pink grapefruit soda.
- Stir briefly and gently to combine.
- Garnish with ½ slice of ruby grapefruit and a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate.
