10ml Raspberry Puree/Syrup
100ml Grapefruit Sparkling Drink
1 Lemon Wedge
180 ml Hot Water

170 g Raspberries

- 35.5ml Bombay Sapphire
- 10ml Raspberry Puree/Syrup
- 100ml Grapefruit Sparkling Drink
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 180 ml Hot Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 170 g Raspberries
Method
- Add Bombay Sapphire, raspberry puree / syrup and sparkling grapefruit to a large wine glass filled with cubed ice and stir gently to combine. Squeeze in the juice of 1 large lemon wedge and use this then to garnish.
Raspberry Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir over heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a medium jar, lightly crush raspberries.
- Pour some syrup over the raspberries in the jar.
- Seal the jar and steep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Strain the syrup with a fine mesh strainer once steeping is complete.
