Ingredients
1 sheet ready-made puff pastry cut into 12 squares
2 eggs
100ml milk
100ml cream
2tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp chives chopped finely
Zest of ½ lemon
30g Signature Tastes Feta Cheese cut into cubes
Signature Tastes Smoked Salmon Ribbons
60g Signature Tastes French Comte Cheese
8 pear slivers – use a potato peeler to peel thin slivers
4 tsp Signature Tastes apple and plum chutney
Signature Tastes Spanish Charcuterie Platter pieces
20g Signature Tastes Parmigiano Reggiano
4 tsp honey

  • 1 Sheet ready-made puff pastry cut into 12 squares
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100ml Milk
  • 100ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chives chopped finely
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 30g Signature Tastes Feta Cheese cut into cubes
  • Signature Tastes Smoked Salmon Ribbons
  • 60g Signature Tastes French Comte Cheese
  • 8 Pear slivers – use a potato peeler to peel thin slivers
  • 4 tsp Signature Range apple and plum chutney
  • Signature Tastes Spanish Charcuterie Platter pieces
  • 20g Signature Tastes Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 4 tsp Honey

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C, 180C, gas 6
  2. Combine the eggs, milk, cream, cream cheese, chives, and lemon zest in a bowl
  3. Brush a bun tray with butter and press the pastry squares into the holes to make a pocket
  4. Fill the cups with the egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes
  • Variations: - Feta cheese and smoked salmon - Comte cheese, pear strips and chutney - Parmigiano Reggiano, cured meat and honey
