2 packets SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Atlantic Prawns
90ml SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 SuperValu Garlic Cloves
1 SuperValu Fresh Chilli
150g SuperValu Signature Tastes Sundried Tomatoes
250ml SuperValu Double Cream
35g SuperValu Flat-leaf Parsley
50g SuperValu Finely Grated Parmesan
1 bag SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Rocket & Parmesan salad
100g SuperValu Signature Tastes Grilled Mixed Peppers
20ml SuperValu Red Wine Vinegar

- 400g SuperValu Signature Tastes Linguine
- 2 packets SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Atlantic Prawns
- 10ml SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 SuperValu Garlic Clove, finely chopped
- 1 SuperValu Fresh Chilli, chopped
- 150g SuperValu Signature Tastes Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
- 250ml SuperValu Double Cream
- 35g SuperValu Flat-leaf Parsley, chopped
- 50g SuperValu Finely Grated Parmesan
- 1 bag SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Rocket & Parmesan salad, to garnish
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to season
Red Pepper and Garlic Dressing
- 100g SuperValu Signature Tastes Grilled Mixed Peppers
- 1 SuperValu Garlic Clove
- 80ml SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 20ml SuperValu Red Wine Vinegar
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Pinch of sugar
Method
- Cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water for 6–8 minutes, until al dente.
- While the linguine is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic and chilli for 2 minutes, then add the sundried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute to break them down.
- Add the cream and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the strained linguine, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley to the sauce and toss well to combine.
- Season with plenty of freshly cracked pepper and serve in 4 large pasta bowls.
- For the red pepper and garlic dressing, place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- To serve the salad, add 4 large tablespoons of dressing to the bottom of a serving bowl, place the salad on top, sprinkle with cheese, and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Serve alongside the pasta.
