West Cork Ireland Union Hall Smoked Fish is a family run business run by the Nolan family, situated in the fishing village of Union Hall. We have been producing high quality fish products in our artisan smokehouse for the past 30 years. We pride ourselves in having the finest Smoked Salmon in the South West. Union Hall Smoked Fish have teamed with West Cork Distillers to bring this unique Whiskey Infused Smoked Salmon. The Salmon is brined in a mixture of Salt and Whiskey, Cold Smoked over our smoldering oak woodchips for 12 to 14 hours and finally topped with black pepper and drill to give the Smoked Salmon that unique flavour with a hint of West Cork Whiskey.Features
